• Federal: Express Entry
• Provincial: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
The Federal Skilled Immigration program is a fast-track immigration pathway for candidates under the age of 30 with high education level, foreign work experience, and strong English or French abilities.
Candidates will apply through the Express Entry (EE) system, which is an online selection system used to manage and process applications under three Federal Skilled Immigration programs:
1. Canadian Experience Class,
2. Federal Skill Worker Program
3. Federal Skill Trades Program
Candidates will be ranked against each other according to a points-based system known as the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). CRS assesses applications based on age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and other factors. Highest ranked applicants will be invited to apply for Canadian permanent resident status.
Canadian provinces and territories can nominate skilled individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province or territory.
Each Canadian province and territory (except Nunavut and Quebec) have its own unique Provincial Nominee Program.
