The Entrepreneur Immigration stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is designed for experienced business owners and managers who have the financial capability and knowledge to support BC’s economic growth. Candidates who meet all business immigration requirements can become provincial nominees, making them and their family members eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada. This stream is further divided into two sub-categories, including the Regional Pilot Program and the Base Category Program.

The Skills Immigration stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is tailored to international graduates and people with high-demand skills, high-skilled work experience and qualifications needed by BC employers.

To qualify, candidates must have a valid job offer from an eligible BC employer and have qualified work experience or completing qualified post-secondary education programs in BC.

Successful nominee of most BCPNP skilled immigration programs under Express Entry will receive an additional 600 points towards their Comprehensive Ranking System score, which will significantly increase their opportunity to be invited to apply for permanent residence under Skilled Worker Class.
